Parasitic infections, including those caused by protozoa and helminths, are more common than many realise — and can contribute to symptoms like bloating, fatigue, skin issues, and nutrient malabsorption, even in developed countries (Hotez et al., 2008). A herbal formula such as ours, containing ingredients Black walnut, Wormwood, and Clove, has been traditionally used for centuries and shown in studies to possess anti-parasitic and antimicrobial properties. For example, Artemisia absinthium (wormwood) has demonstrated activity against intestinal parasites (Willcox et al., 2004), while clove contains eugenol, which has been found to be effective against parasite eggs and pathogenic fungi (Chaieb et al., 2007). A well-formulated herbal cleanse not only helps eliminate parasites but can also support digestive function and gut repair without the harsh side effects often associated with pharmaceutical anti-parasitics.

Our cleanse is not for use while breastfeeding, as detoxification opens multiple pathways for elimination, including the breast ducts, which could pass unwanted substances to your baby. Additionally, some of the herbs we use are not recommended during breastfeeding. For the safest approach, we suggest waiting until after weaning or consulting with a healthcare professional.

Our cleanse is not for use while pregnant due to some of the herbs used which are not safe for use during pregnancy.

Most people choose our 10-day cleanse, either once or twice a year. It’s the perfect reset, being long enough to experience noticeable benefits and support gut health and balance while also counteracting our Heavy Metal load. It aligns with the natural parasite cycle around the full moon.

For many, 10 days is exactly what they need. In fact, a lot of people start with 10 days, feel fantastic, and that’s all they do until their next seasonal cleanse (6 or 12 months)

But if you know you’re dealing with something more persistent like a Protozoan Parasite, candida overgrowth or a heavier parasite load, a 20-30 day cleanse can give your body extra time and support and ensure we are covering multiple lifecycles. For those in this situation, extending to 20-30 days helps deepen the results when the situation calls for it.

In short:

• 10 days = our gold standard! An effective seasonal reset most people thrive on and repeat 6 or 12 monthly.

• 20-30 days = a more intensive protocol for those needing additional cleansing support - we generally also encourage a couple of days of just diet protocol either side, thereby completing 20-30 days in total.

Either way, you’ll be giving your body the herbs it needs to restore balance

Binders help to remove and eliminate any waste and toxins while cleansing and we see them as being an important aspect of any cleanse. We use incredible Fulvic Humic Acid, which is an organic and powerful binder with an ability to support the body to detox from heavy metals.

We encourage all customers to begin their Parasite and Heavy Metal Detox journey with our bestselling 4-in-1 Bundle. The bundle has everything you need to complete our 10 Day cleanse including our all important eBook outlining our Diet Protocol.

Our formulas (predominantly our colon formula) are designed to be gentle and support a daily bowel movement. We advise taking the capsules only as needed. While they are gentle, everyone responds differently. If you experience diarrhoea, while it can often be a sign that the cleanse is working, and that your body is naturally eliminating, listen to your body and adjust the colon formula as needed. If the effects of our capsules ever feel too intense or disrupt your daily routine, slow the process by reducing your dosage.

Its always best to limit additional supplements or herbs during a cleanse to allow your body to fully eliminate what it needs to. However, if a supplement or herb is supporting your well-being, continue taking it during the cleanse. If you are taking any medication, always consult your GP/ Health Practitioner prior to cleansing.

You can cleanse at any time that feels right to you, however our Monthly Lunar Cleanse Window dates are designed to maximise effectiveness.

As some parasites lay eggs, it is generally recommended to cleanse on or around the full moon, as this is the period when eggs typically hatch. Melatonin decreases and Serotonin rises in our bodies, creating an environment where parasites are thought to be most active, allowing them to be more vulnerable to the anti-parasitic herbs in our cleanse.

Following these dates is encouraged however trust your intuition and choose the timing that best supports your body and lifestyle.

A herbal Parasite Cleanse is designed to target a wide range of parasites. Powerful anti-fungal herbs can also help to support the body to manage fungal infections and imbalances such as candida overgrowth.

Our cleanse capsules are indicated for age 18+.

Our Kids Herbal Tincture is for ages under 18

Our Sweep and Bind powder is a family friendly Parasite Cleansing product. It is taken in cycles of 7-10 days on and off.

Not necessarily! In fact 70% of parasites cannot be seen by the naked eye. Protozoa are highly common but microscopic and account for about 70% of all parasites. They are generally cellular in nature so wouldn't be 'seen'. The remaining 30% are less widespread but visible Helminths. These are parasites such as worms and flukes.

Some common signs include:

• GI/ IBS issues ie bloating, gas, constipation or diarrhoea
• Skin issues such as rashes, itchiness, hives or eczema
• Unclear thinking/ Brain fog
• Moodiness/ Anxious Feelings
• Frequent Yeast Infections
• Hunger thats hard to satisfy
• Sugar Cravings
• Teeth grinding during sleep
• Rash or itching around the anus or vulva
• Unexplained weight loss or gain

Colonics and Gravity Fed Enemas can help to provide a deeper cleansing experience, provide an enhanced cleansing environment and provide symptom relief while detoxing. If you choose to incorporate we suggest using both before and after your cleanse if you can. This will help to clear the bowels to facilitate the herbs absorption at the beginning and maximise eradication post cleanse.

That said, while they can help to deepen your cleanse, we understand they arent for everyone! If its not for you, look to incorporate our colon formula and/ or ensure you are getting plenty of fibre rich foods in your diet and water.

Chronic exposure to heavy metals such as lead, mercury, cadmium, and arsenic—commonly found in food, water, and the environment—can contribute to fatigue, cognitive dysfunction, immune dysregulation, and gut imbalances (Tchounwou et al., 2012). Fulvic and humic acids, natural organic compounds formed from decomposed plant matter, have been shown to bind heavy metals and enhance their excretion from the body through chelation processes (Saar & Weber, 1982). Fulvic acid, in particular, may also support mitochondrial function, nutrient absorption, and antioxidant activity during detoxification (Szabo et al., 2017). Using a fulvic humic such as Zeally Herbs, as part of a heavy metal cleanse offers a gentle, plant-based way to help reduce toxic burden and support whole-body detox.

When incorporating our incredible Fulvic Humic drops with our cleanse, we are also supporting cleansing and detoxing from Heavy Metals.

We are exposed to Heavy Metals so often in day to day life. Heavy Metals can enter our bodies via soil, pesticides on our foods and gardens, smoke & pollution, unfiltered water, vaccines, council spraying, household toxins and plastics.

Heavy Metals can affect the function of organs including the Brain. Liver & Lungs. High levels in the body can lead to reduced energy, affect blood composition & lead to long term inflammation.

For those with low but regular exposure, which can build up in the body, a Heavy Metal Detox can help to prevent a variety of conditions. We want to counteract that build up for our long term wellbeing.

We encourage taking our Fulvic Humic Concentrate drops daily ongoing to help support counteracting the build up of Heavy Metals in our body. Our FHA is a premium organic binder, binding to and helping to support eliminating waste and Heavy Metals from the body. Studies have shown an incredible ability for FHA to bind to glyphosate (aka roundup) & boost immunity.

We should also look to avoid exposure in our home and lifestyle to help reduce the load. Dont use weed killer such as Glyphosate in the yard, eat organic when you can, drink filtered water, and remove any toxic cleaning products, skincare and haircare. Choose natural deodorants and limit the use of plastics in the home. Start small with making changes - because every small step can help reduce your load!

Candida is a type of yeast that naturally lives in small amounts in the gut, mouth, and skin. However, when the balance of gut flora is disrupted—due to factors such as antibiotics, a high-sugar diet, stress (thats a big one!) or a weakened immune system, Candida can multiply excessively, leading to what’s known as Candida overgrowth or candidiasis.

This imbalance can contribute to symptoms such as bloating, fatigue, brain fog, sugar cravings, skin rashes, and recurring yeast or urinary infections.

Herbal Cleanse Capsules will contain high strength herbal anti-fungals such as clove, black walnut, wormwood, cinnamon, and high strength turmeric, all of which have been traditionally used for their natural ability to combat yeast and fungal infections. These are all contained in Zeally Herbs cleanse capsules.

Modern research supports their effectiveness: Clove contains eugenol, a compound shown to inhibit Candida albicans and disrupt its biofilm (Chaieb et al., 2007); Black walnut hulls possess strong antifungal and antiparasitic properties (Preeti et al., 2019); and Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium) has well demonstrated antimicrobial effects that support gut balance (Willcox et al., 2004). Cinnamon has been found to suppress Candida growth and prevent hyphal formation, a key mechanism of its spread (Viuda-Martos et al., 2010). Turmeric, such as ours which has high levels of 5% Curcumin, also exhibits antifungal activity by damaging the Candida cell membrane and reducing inflammation linked to overgrowth (Martins et al., 2009).

When used in conjunction with our Diet protocol, a targeted herbal blend can naturally support the body in rebalancing the gut microbiome without the harsh side effects of pharmaceutical antifungals.

We encourage all customers cleansing for Candida to complete an extended period of cleansing. We generally suggest:

• Commence the Diet Protocol for 5 Days
• Complete the 10 Day Herbal Parasite Cleanse Capsules and Fulvic Humic Drops
• Continue on with a further 10 days of Diet protocol and Fulvic Humic Drops
• Complete a second 10 day course of Herbal Parasite Cleanse Capsules, Fulvic Humic drops and Diet Protocol.
• Repeat as necessary

We suggest for one months supply: 2 Jars of Herbal Para Protocol Capsules, 1x 50ml Fulvic Humic Drops and Zeally Herbs eBook Guide (included Free with your Para Protocol)

We encourage cleansing for no less than 20 days, ideally 20-30 days made up of 20 days of herbal capsules and a further 10+ days of just diet protocol and fulvic drops.

Stress is a leading cause of Candida overgrowth and unfortunately it is hard to escape it in todays busy lifestyle! That all said, its very hard to cleanse for candida, if we are not addressing the root cause. If this for you is stress, look to incorporate calming exercises such as breathing techniques, taking breaks from electronic devices, slow gentle outdoor walks, meditation and our calming Blue Lotus Tea - both pre cleanse and throughout your cleanse.
