Core Protocols

Yes. While serious parasite infections are less common in Australia than in developing countries, everyday exposure is still possible through food, pets, water, soil, and travel. Many people carry parasites unknowingly, and symptoms often present as fatigue, bloating, or low energy rather than something obvious. Regular parasite cleansing every 6 or 12 months helps maintain digestive balance, support immunity, and keep your body functioning at its best — the same way we worm our pets on a routine schedule.

Parasites can cause a range of subtle but frustrating symptoms — bloating, constipation or diarrohea, skin issues, restless sleep, sugar cravings, brain fog, or general lethargy. Many people don’t realise these common issues may be linked to parasite load. A regular cleanse twice a year helps reset the gut, clear out unwanted guests, and restore energy so you can feel lighter, clearer, and more vibrant.

Parasites don’t only come from overseas travel — they’re part of everyday modern life. They can be picked up from undercooked meat, unwashed produce, contaminated water, contact with animals, or simply through the environment. Even with good hygiene, exposure is unavoidable. That’s why regular parasite cleansing is less about “if you have parasites” and more about making sure you don’t accumulate them over time.

Our cleanse combines traditional antiparasitic herbs such as wormwood, clove, and black walnut with a protocol that supports your body’s natural elimination pathways. These herbs help disrupt the life cycle of parasites while binders such as our Fulvic Humic assist in carrying toxins and heavy metals out of the body. By completing a cleanse every 6 or 12 months, you create a consistent cycle of prevention — keeping your gut clear, your energy steady, and your body free to focus on repair and renewal.

When guided by traditional herbal wisdom and taken as recommended, parasite cleansing is safe for ongoing seasonal use. Unlike one-off treatments, regular cleansing every 6–12 months is designed to work gently with your system to maintain balance without harsh side effects. Our formulas are created to support digestion and elimination so the process feels natural, not disruptive. Always work with your health care provider when starting a new regime such as a cleanse, particularly if you have underlying medical conditions.

You can, but it isn’t always necessary. Standard tests often miss parasites, and many people with symptoms test negative despite clear improvements after cleansing. Because of this, regular seasonal cleansing is a proactive approach to wellness — similar to scheduling a dental check-up or worming your pets. It ensures your body is kept clear, rather than waiting for symptoms to escalate.

Customers commonly report:

• Feeling lighter and less bloated

• Clearer skin and brighter eyes

• More consistent energy

• Better digestion and regularity

• A sense of “reset” and renewed vitality

By cleansing every 6–12 months, you support your body’s natural detox cycles and prevent buildup before it becomes a problem.

The main downside is not cleansing often enough! Parasites thrive when left unchecked, and their subtle effects can drag down your energy, mood, and gut health over time. By making parasite cleansing a seasonal or annual ritual, you avoid those issues and enjoy the benefits of a body that feels lighter, clearer, and supported.
