When to Cleanse
The Lunar Cleanse Cycle
We recommend cleansing around the full moon. This is one key aspect to what makes the Zeally approach different.
Parasites are known to become more active around the full moon, when gravitational and light changes influence biological activity. This is the period when eggs are most likely to hatch and when parasites are most active in the body, making them more responsive to antiparasitic herbs such as ours. It is also why symptoms like restless sleep, teeth grinding and itching often feel worse around this time.
By timing your cleanse to begin 5 days before the full moon and completing the full 10 days, you are working with the body's natural cycles rather than against them.
Following these windows is encouraged but not essential. Starting 5 days either side of the suggested date will still bring results. What matters most is completing the full 10 days.

Intestinal parasites are organisms that can live within the digestive tract. In some cases, they may impact digestive function and overall gut health.
Maintaining digestive balance and supporting gut function is an important part of overall wellbeing.
This protocol is designed to support digestive system function, intestinal balance and beneficial intestinal flora. At its core is a traditional herbal medicine used in Western herbal medicine as a vermifuge, to help remove intestinal threadworms and pinworms.
This is a structured, protocol led approach that combines herbal support, digestive support and bowel regularity support.
Together, the products are designed to support digestive health, intestinal balance and the body’s natural processes.
Since some parasites lay eggs, it is recommended to cleanse on or around the Full Moon of each month, as this is the period when eggs typically hatch.This period is also when parasites are most active, which allows them to be more vulnerable to anti-parasitic herbs.
Following these windows are encouraged but not necessary for a successful cleanse.
Following the para protocol diet is essential during the process as it plays a crucial role in supporting the effectiveness of the cleanse and promoting overall well-being. Parasites such as those these are indicated for, often thrive on processed foods, starches and sugars. Our cleanse diet involves eliminating or drastically reducing the intake of these foods, cutting off the energy source and hindering ability to survive and reproduce.
Noting that we can be asymptomatic, we encourage that everyone should do a cleanse once or twice a year.
Some express feelings of nausea, light-headedness, bloating, intense cravings and emotional disturbance for the first few days, and others show no symptoms at all.
While cleansing or detoxing, some forms of symptoms are generally an indication that a formula is working, since an active formula agitates.
A binder is encouraged while cleansing. As the body clears unwanted organisms and waste, a binder can help to support detoxification and elimination. A binder may help by binding to toxins and metabolic byproducts in the gut so they can be moved out more efficiently.
This can be especially useful for people who are sensitive, prone to headaches, fatigue, bloating, or sluggish bowels during a cleanse.

Most people choose our 10-day cleanse bundle, either once or twice a year. It’s the perfect reset, being long enough to experience noticeable benefits and support gut health and balance.
For many, 10 days is exactly what they need. In fact, a lot of people start with 10 days, feel fantastic, and that’s all they do until their next seasonal reset (6 or 12 months)
But if you know you’re dealing with something more persistent, a bacterial imbalance or a heavier load, a 20-30 day cleanse can give your body extra time and support needed. For those in this situation, extending to 20-30 days helps deepen the results when the situation calls for it.
