Gut Sweep and Bind Powder | Family Cleansing

Our incredible Gut Sweep and Bind Powder, is used for its ability to support binding to parasites and toxins and clearing pathogens from the intestinal tract. It is the natural alternative for Family Parasite Cleansing (we also call it Dinosaur Dust!), including Pets.

This formula contains Diatomaceous Earth (DE), a natural, silica-rich organic powder derived from the fossilised remains of diatoms, a type of algae, found in vast oceans and waterways around the world. It is rich in minerals and traditionally used to assist in the management of bloating and as an effective long-term treatment for parasite control and elimination. Our DE contains less than 1% of Crystal & Silicon - we cant stress enough the importance of sourcing a pure product, such as this.

With a single-celled structure resembling honeycomb, this diatom powder helps to attract and absorb bacteria, protozoa, viruses, endotoxins, pesticides, drug residues, E-coli and heavy metals, supporting you on your cleanse journey.

It is also rich in Silica, a mineral which has been found to help reduce the accumulation of waste and improve some gastrointestinal disorders

While silica is the primary mineral (excellent for hair, skin, ligaments and bone growth), it also features calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, copper, zinc, iron, phosphorus, selenium, manganese, boron, and chromium among others. 

This formula pairs with our Parasite Cleanse and can be used for family cleansing. Note, It should always be taken in cycles as opposed to ongoing. And increasing your water intake is vital when consuming any DE product.

Our Gut Sweep and Bind Powder contains Diatomaceous Earth. Under a microscope, each DE fleck looks like a tiny cylindrical cheese grater.

This grater like diatom powder has been studied for its ability to allow pathogenic bacteria to become trapped within its cylindrical structure and then passed through the body.

DE has an absorption effect (hence the need to consume additional water while taking) which helps to attract and absorb bacteria, protozoa, viruses, endotoxins, pesticides, drug residues, E-coli and heavy metals. It is also very rich in Silica, which has been found to reduce the accumulation of waste and improve gastrointestinal disorders (6).

Always take Gut and Sweep Powder in cycles of 7-10 days on and off.

Best taken on an empty stomach. To increase optimal absorption of the silica mineral, consume in the morning in a glass of water with a teaspoon of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar.

NOTE its important to increase water consumption while taking to avoid constipation. This product absorbs water in the body so please follow each dosage with a full glass of water.

Adults: Start with a teaspoon and work up to two heaped teaspoons daily. Follow with a full glass of water. Complete a cycle of 10 days then have 10 days off.

Children 5 to 12 yrs: 1/2 teaspoon up to twice a day. Follow with a glass of water.

Children 18mths to 5 yrs: 1/4 teaspoon up to twice a day. Follow with extra water or liquids throughout the day.

Mix thoroughly in water. Drink immediately and follow with another cup of water. Take on an empty stomach preferably, but can also be mixed into juices, smoothies etc.

For Dogs: Feed at the rate:

• Up to 10 kg - 1/2 Tsp per day.
• 10 to 20 kg - 1 Tsp per day.
• 20 to 40 kg - 2 Tsp per day.
• 40 kg+ - 3 Tsp per day.

Give daily for minimum of 6 weeks for parasites and worms. Mix into their food.

For Cats: 1 Tsp per day for large cats. 1/2 Tsp for kittens daily. For fussy cats – dust them with the powder and they will lick it off and get enough for it to be beneficial.

Allow at least one hour before or after medications or supplements when taking our Gut Sweep & Bind Powder. Do not cook this formula/ add to cooked foods, as this can cause it to crystalize and become unconsumable.

This product has an absorption effect, so it's important to stay well-hydrated when using. Always consume with water and increase water throughout the day.

For some individuals, ingesting may cause mild digestive discomfort or Herxhemier reactions. This is a normal response to detoxing; as parasites and pathogens die they release their toxins into your system for elimination. Reduce dosage if needed. Starting with a small amount and gradually increasing the dosage can help mitigate this.

DE is a fine particle dust, so as with any dust, always be careful not to breathe it in. When handling, it’s best to mix it into liquids carefully, preventing inhaling any dust.

Digestive Sensitivity: Children's digestive systems are more sensitive, and consuming too much DE can cause irritation or constipation. It’s essential to monitor stool patterns and ensure they are staying well-hydrated.

Allergic Reactions: Although rare, some children may experience allergic reactions or sensitivity to DE. Watch for signs of discomfort, skin irritation, or gastrointestinal upset, and discontinue use if symptoms occur.
