Lotus Moon Milk (Chai Lotus)

Calming Tea Blend

  • 1 large pinch of Blue Lotus 
  • 1 teaspoon of Chai Spices (Cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, cloves, star anise, fennel, nutmeg, pepper or coriander, lemongrass)
  • 1/2 - 1 cup water to steep tea

Moon Milk Ingredients

  • 1/2 - 1 cup of Coconut Milk 
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Reishi Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Vanilla Bean
  • Sweetener of choice
  • pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Steep tea for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Add all the ingredients to milk and gently warm on the stove.
  3. Sweeten to taste, mix and enjoy!
